- Customer satisfaction is my goal. I will gladly work with you if there is a problem with your order. Please email me within 3 days of receipt of your order.
- Shipping charges are added to your order during the checkout process. Glittermoon Vintage Christmas wreaths and larger topiaries will be shipped to you via UPS or FedEx Ground to insure a safe, speedy delivery of these fragile items to your home. I pack these in an extra large box with lots of packing material to keep your piece as safe as possible. Sadly, shipping is quite expensive. If it turns out that actual shipping charges are considerably less than you were billed, I will gladly refund the difference. Smaller items are shipped via USPS. Due to the fragile nature of my items and the large packaging required, I can only ship to the lower 48 United States.
- I will make every effort to pack your order carefully but cannot be responsible for damage by the shipper. In the rare instance of damage, please save all packing materials, etc. and contact me immediately so that we can begin the claims process. Please also take plenty of photos of any damage as well as the packaging.
- I will ship your order as soon as possible, usually between 1 - 5 days after receipt of your payment. I prefer not to ship at the end of the week so that pieces are not floating around on a truck over the weekend.
- Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- If you live close enough to the Richmond, Virginia Metro area that you can come pick your order up, we may be able to eliminate shipping altogether. That's a real win-win situation in my book. Please email me and we will work it out.
- Sales tax is added during the checkout process.
- Custom orders are non-returnable/non-refundable.
